Nang-Suea Stool
By learning from local craftsmanship, the traditional Thai carpet (reed mat) is usually flat. Although it has been transformed into various products, it remains flat. We were inspired to change the functionality of the carpet by giving it a three-dimensional form—standing independently, with its own structure. This creates a challenging and interesting product that is both visually stunning and functional for the present.
